Celebrate Wesak – Earn 100,000x merits on Buddha Day

Wesak is the holiest day in the Buddhist calendar. It commemorates three important events in the Buddha’s life: his birth, enlightenment and parinirvana.

In Tibetan tradition, Wesak corresponds to Saga Dawa Düchen, an extraordinarily powerful day when the merits of all positive (and negative) deeds are multiplied 100,000 times.

Therefore, Wesak is a valuable opportunity to make extra efforts to live with generosity, virtue, compassion, integrity and wisdom – thus accumulating enormous merits for the benefit of all beings.

Come to the temple with Lama Rinpoche
for a joyful and meaningful evening:
– 5pm – Communal potluck dinner
Share a meal with everyone in a spirit of gratitude and connection.
– Followed by – Wesak Sunday meditation
A contemplative session dedicated to honoring the Buddha’s birth, awakening and Parinirvana.
