Traditional yoga offers a deep way to connect movement and mindfulness, creating an environment for purification and clarity. This workshop begins with a 45-minute guided session that emphasizes body awareness and breath connection. Afterwards, participants are given a short break to recharge and reflect. The second 45-minute session deepens the experience by integrating visualization techniques, fluid spinal movements and pranayama to activate energy and awareness.

The practice focuses on releasing stuck energy in the joints and tendons. This gentle opening allows prana to flow freely, revitalizes the body and promotes physical and mental balance. Participants also explore the energetic and physical alignment of sun salutations, a powerful sequence that builds strength and enhances vitality.

Led by Ariane, an experienced yoga teacher and dedicated Buddhist practitioner, this workshop interweaves traditional yoga with mindfulness and Buddhist principles. At the end of the session, participants will have practical tools to continue practicing at home, fostering continued growth and inner harmony.
