Lamrim Teachings & Prayers with Two Revered Geshe-las
A Day of Wisdom and Blessings
With deep gratitude to Lama Jigmé Namgyal and Khandrola, we are honored to welcome two esteemed Geshe-las from Italy for a special day of Lamrim Teachings and Prayers for World Peace. The Lamrim, or “Graduated Path to Enlightenment,” provides a systematic approach to Buddhist teachings, guiding practitioners from the foundation of ethics to the realization of wisdom and compassion.
This rare opportunity allows participants to receive authentic teachings from highly trained masters, offering insights into how we can integrate Buddhist wisdom into our daily lives. Whether you are new to the path or an experienced practitioner, this event provides a moment to deepen your understanding and cultivate inner peace.
Detailed Explanation
The Lamrim teachings present the entire Buddhist path in a structured and practical way, originally compiled by the great master Lama Tsongkhapa. This teaching encompasses essential topics such as impermanence, karma, renunciation, and the development of bodhicitta—the mind of enlightenment. Through clear guidance from the Geshe-las, participants will learn how to apply these principles in both meditation and daily life, cultivating a compassionate and wise approach to all experiences.
Following the teachings, we will engage in Prayers for World Peace and a Temple Blessing Ceremony, dedicating our collective energy toward harmony and the well-being of all sentient beings. These prayers hold deep significance in the Buddhist tradition, as they generate positive merit and support inner and outer transformation.
Additional Information
The two Geshe-las leading this event have received extensive training in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and practice, holding the highest academic title in the Gelugpa tradition. With years of teaching experience in Europe, they offer clear, practical guidance for modern practitioners. The program includes a teaching session, interactive Q&A, and prayers. No prior experience is required—everyone is welcome to join.
