The second 45-minute session deepens the experience, integrating visualization techniques, fluid spine movements, and pranayama to awaken energy and awareness.
The practice emphasizes releasing stagnant energy stored in the joints and tendons. This gentle opening allows prana to flow freely, revitalizing the body while promoting physical and mental balance.
