The Depth of Buddhist Philosophy

Teaching with Ani Tenzin Pamo-la

Phuntsok Chö Ling welcomes Ani Tenzin Pamo-la, a student of Lama Jigmé Namgyal, for an insightful lecture on the four schools of Buddhist views. This session will address in-depth philosophical questions, such as:
  • What is real? What is fake?
  • Do external things really exist, or not? And if they exist, how do we perceive them?
  • Does the mind exist, or not?
  • Is there anything that really and permanently exists, or not?
After the Buddha’s parinirvana, four schools of viewpoints emerged in India, each with different views on how things exist and how we perceive them. Understanding these schools is essential to understanding Buddhist philosophical texts and their deeper meanings. Discover how these perspectives deepen our understanding of reality and inspire meaningful discussions.
