At the request by many students, we organize a new Phowa meditation retreat in the temple and online with Lama Jigme. What are we going to do? Studying and Practicing Phowa! The program has been put together with Lama Jigme. You can register to participate for the weekend or for all days or weekends. Joining online is also a possibility.

09.30 – 10.00 Walk-in
10.00 – 12.00 Phowa practice.
12.00 – 13.00 Lunch (bring your own)
13.00 – 15.00 Phowa practice.
3:30 pm Temple closes.

Practical information

• *Participation is only possible if you have previously received Phowa teachings from Lama Jigme. You do not have to master the Phowa mantras, we will just practice together.
• Online participation is not possible
• The weekend will be supervised by students. Lama Jigme will not be present.
